Reach out for a 15-minute consultation so we can get to know each other and see if it's a good fit! If not, I can help connect you to someone who might be a better fit.

Yes! Therapy is for everyone. You do not have to be in crisis– you deserve someone supporting you along every step. I also acknowledge that therapy isn't able to solve everything. That's why I do my best to connect you to various resources as part of treatment.

My full fee is $180 per 50-minute session. I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots on my caseload. Contact me to see if you are eligible!

Yes! I offer therapy in Portuguese as well as English. While I cannot offer therapy in Spanish, I am able to comprehend it quite well and can integrate it into sessions.

Typically, sessions are 50 minutes long. I offer a limited amount of 90-minute sessions for couples or Brainspotting. Reach out if you are interested in longer sessions, as availability is limited and often waitlisted.
