Workshops
I'm passionate about offering learning opportunities based on my specialties.
Although rewarding, working with adolescents can be intimidating! I offer workshops for clinicians discussing topics such as how to build rapport, work with parents, creative interventions, and more. If you're curious about working with teens, new to it, or just want to be in a space where we will get to discuss the joys and challenges of it, this is a great opportunity!

Adolescent Therapy
Saturday, 23 May 2026
11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Come ready with your questions, as we will have a chance to collaborate on what to focus on during the workshop, discuss case studies, and practice interventions together. If you're curious about working with teens, new to it, or just want to be in a space where we will get to discuss the joys and challenges of it, this is a great opportunity!
Before becoming a therapist, I spent years working with teens, teaching art at a special education program. Before joining New Perspectives Counseling Center, I worked at Washington High and Albany Middle School, seeing individual clients as well as running groups focused on queerness. I'm an adjunct professor at CIIS and am currently developing CIIS’s first Adolescent Therapy course, which will be offered next summer.
